Dillon & Murphy (D&M) is a full-service engineering firm that has been providing California’s Central Valley region with Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Construction Management services since 1980.
D&M was founded in 1980 and is a partnership of Cecil Dillon and Joe Murphy. D&M provides engineering services including Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Municipal Engineering, Surveying and Mapping, Planning, and QSP/QSD Services.
Our primary office is located in Lodi, California with a satellite office in Stockton.
